Legal Dislaimer
Please be advised that National Family Solutions (NFS) is NOT a law firm, cannot provide legal representation, nor provide attorneys or any other legal help for you in the courtroom. Our staff members consist of qualifying representatives, case managers, administrative staff and software / web development programmers. We have no attorneys on staff with our corporation. All document preparers such as paralegal, Legal Document Assistants (LDAs) and attorneys are remote independent contractors that work on a case by case basis with our organization.
All information included on our website(s), automated emails, personal emails, Press Releases, and any other published information contained herein to those sites are for EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND IS NOT INTENDED FOR, OR IN REPLACE OF, qualified legal advice by a licensed, practicing attorney.
NFS cannot provide the assistance of attorney to provide legal advice as it pertains to your matter. We are here, however, to educate and help provide a low cost solution to you and your family. Our family advocacy program was initiated and developed over 4 years as a self-help program to get you through a trying time and help resolve issues such as child custody, divorce, visitation plans, and parental rights.
We help our clients accomplish resolution by using the expertise of licensed, practicing attorneys and certified Legal Document Assistants (LDAs) to prepare written legal documents and argumentation per your requests, objectives and information given to us.
This is done through our encrypted software database and extensive legal questionnaire provided to you up login on our secure, and managed, private servers.
Attorney / LDA Provider Network
National Family Solutions spends significant time interviewing, vetting and verifying State Bar and Certification information (for LDAs) before allowing LDAs or private attorneys to become part of our document provider network. We ensure that our analysis includes a proclivity or specialty in family law; AND "continuing education" requirements are met for the states that the legal document provider practices in. This insures that the document provider involved in your case is aware of jurisdictional changes and amendments to pertaining to your case.
Our Qualifying Process
Again, due to the fact we are not a law firm and thus, CANNOT provide legal services or representation, we have an extensive qualifying process to make sure each family law matter can be resolved to as much satisfaction our advocacy program allows.
Again, due to our qualification process, we reject approximately 80% of the legal matters presented to us. A few things to consider before moving forward with our program and the reasons why we would recommend seeking the qualified legal advice/representation that ONLY AN ATTORNEY CAN PROVIDE.
